Okay, this is my tutorial on how too welcome somebody too the server & forums!
Well, be friendly Wink
Try too convince them too stay...
basically just post something like this:

Hello, welcome too the pokemon gaming community!
Staff applications are open at the moment so why not try and apply after a few days playing at this server?
